U8 V Belper & Chestefield

Mansfield arriverd early on Sunday morning at Belper RFC to be greeted by a muddy pitch due the recently melted snow and rain.

A three way event had been set up with Belper and Chesterfield awaiting Mansfield.

Chesterfield awaited Mansfield in the first game, the game was a too and fro match with some evasive running by both Mansfield & Chesterfield which resulted in Chesterfields win.
Mansfield played well but were unable to come away with the victory.

The second game was played against Belper, who were under strength, so thanks to Harry & William B for helping Belper. Mansfield also played some of the newer player in the squad and with thanks to both Harry and William B Belper came out on top.

A third game was reqested by Belper and Masfield fielded it strongest side of the day and came out on top with a comfortable win. Thanks to Henry for volunteering to help Belper in this game.
