For just £5 per month we have three cash prizes on offer each month. First prize will be 20% of the pot and then 2 prizes of 10% each
The draw will be made on the last Friday of each month starting on 30th April 2010 – you can buy multiples of £5 if you wish
Payments are made by Standing Order, complete one form per person. Simply CLICK HERE to download the standing order form to complete and hand in to your bank
Alternatively, if you have internet banking facilities just use the details in the form to create a mandate on line
