Mansfield welcomed Bakewell to a frosty but sunny morning of tag rugby.
Following the previous week’s heavy rain Mansfield U8s had to contend with a frosty blast for the fixture against Bakewell, with Mansfield stepping up to the challenging conditions. They demonstrated some good direct running & good support play, with Mansfield coming out on top with a win.
This was followed up by a second game with almost a full team exchange to give all the squad a match, again Mansfield demonstrated some good defensive play & positive forward moving tagging, with Mansfield narrowly coming out on top again.
