Mansfield U15's V Long Eaton

It was a great day for rugby and Long Eaton arrived with a strong squad to play
.
The game got underway and Mansfield put Long Eaton onto the back foot.
And for the first 20 minutes you were playing strongly playing it all in there 22. A lot of communication was going between you all covering and back each other it was great to see, yet that final killer strike just would not come for you.
All of the scrums and lineouts were working really well. Because of your communication lads.
Everything was going well until against the run of play Long Eaton breakout and go over for a Try right on half time No conversion.

The second half got on the way and Mansfield continued in the way you played the first half and you were just short of there try line and something happened. And when the game got going again you did the job with Will Heyes going over for the Try and conversion by Harry Brough.

On the restart you took the ball well pressing hard down the right wing and again something went off it took sometime to sort out.
The game got on the way again and Mansfield were not letting up pressing hard getting Long Eaton on the back foot then with about 10 minutes go again something happened and in this last 10 minutes your game plan went out the window they got in your heads and they ran in 3 Tries and 2 conversions.
You as a team battled hard through out the game your match aggression is now there you now need to channel this into your rugby which will make you a very difficult team to beat.
