Conference Cup – Game 2 vs Long Eaton / All Macs / Boston

We travelled to Long Eaton for our second Conference Cup game to face a combined side from Long Eaton, All Macs and Boston. The first half was a brilliant contest with strong play from both teams. Tries came from Jess and Adi, with Jess adding both conversions, taking us into half time at 10–14.

After the break, the girls kept the pressure on and continued to push hard. We added further tries from Martha and Adi, along with another successful conversion. The opposition didn’t ease up, though, and kept the game tight right to the end.

Final score: 24–26.
A fantastic, competitive game where every single girl from both sides played their hearts out. And yes… we’ll just quietly move past our little mishaps!
