U15 Girls development shines through

Sunday 8th January saw Mansfield RUFC U15 Girls host Leek & Burton RUFC U15 Girls in the friendly at Eakring Road.
With the opportunity to rotate the squad to enable every player to get good game time. The two matches were again a great show piece for the up and coming players in our U15 Squad. With two debutantes grappling tries in their first games for the club, it was a extremely positive afternoon of girls rugby. Both games against Leek and Burton were played with great pace and desire to which both Leek and Burton were a credit to themselves in the style of rugby that they played. However it was the Mansfield U15 coaching team that came away with the biggest smile after seeing the ongoing development of various players generate into great individual and team performances.
