Club Chairman Andy Foster is well on the way in his ‘70 for 70 Challenge’ raising funds for our club as he aims to cycle on a spinning bike the distance from the Principality Stadium in Cardiff to Murrayfield Edinburgh and then on to the Allianz Twickenham Stadium in London in 31 Days!

Yes, you heard that right, the pedalling pensioner is aiming to travel 700 miles over the month on a spinning bike to help our 70 for 70 Fundraising campaign.

He can only do that by combining a constant heart rate of over 120bpm throughout each ride (80% of maximum for 65) with a cadence of 80 over a minimum of 60 minutes each session to ensure that he covers at least 23 miles each day.

The excitement and anticipation is over and it’s time to get going! ?

Every effort helps us get closer to our £70,000 target to improve our clubhouse and grounds.
