Investor In People
Tracey Pepper, the assessor from The East Midlands Quality Centre, confirmed on Sunday that MRUFC had maintained their commitment to, and practice of, the Investors in People Standard.
Tracey asked that her thanks be passed on to everyone who had taken part in the Interviews and Discussions on Saturday and Sunday. She noted the strides taken by the club in the last three years since the club first achieved the Standard. "The spirit and the way you organise your club is extra special" commented Tracey "if you could bottle it you would make a fortune!"
Mansfield is believed to be the only rugby club in the world to have achieved the standard and continue to work towards implement the good practices of it in line with the Aims of the Club "To develop and enhance new and existing facilities in order to offer the highest standard of rugby, sporting and social opportunities to a large and diverse user group, through effective training and Development of our people."
