Under 13s Head Coach

Reporting to youth Section Leader Bob Truswell your key responsibility will be to launch a new Under 13s team within Mansfield Rugby Club. At present there is a very small number of U13s available and so this job will require a good deal of work to build the group up to the required numbers. This is a perfect opportunity for somme who does not currently hold a key position as it will require your full attention. There is a chance to start a team from scratch and develop that team for the next few years. It will be hard work but ultimately very rewarding.
